Clifton S. Robbins, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Robbins is the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Harbour Group, L.P. and has been an investor for over twenty five years. Prior to founding Blue Harbour Group in 2004, Mr. Robbins had been a Managing Member of General Atlantic Partners, LLC. Prior to joining General Atlantic Partners in 2000, Mr. Robbins had been a General Partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. which he joined in 1987. Mr. Robbins began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley & Co. in 1980. Mr. Robbins received an M.B.A. from Stanford University in 1984 and an A.B. from Harvard College in 1980. Mr. Robbins is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He also serves as Chairman of its Funding and Finance Committee and previously served as Chairman of its Investment Committee, overseeing its $3 billion endowment.

Robb A. LeMasters, Managing Director

Mr. LeMasters joined Blue Harbour in 2011. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was a Founding Partner of Theleme Partners from 2009 to September 2011. Previously, Mr. LeMasters was a Partner at The Children’s Investment Fund (TCI) from 2008 to 2009 and a Vice President in the Relative Value/Event-Driven Group at Highbridge Capital Management from 2005 to 2008. Mr. LeMasters began his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group in 1999 and subsequently joined Forstmann Little & Co. as an analyst in 2001. Mr. LeMasters earned his B.S from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999 and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School in 2005.

Todd R. Marcy, Managing Director

Mr. Marcy joined Blue Harbour Group in 2010. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was a Portfolio Manager at Principled Capital Management. Prior to Principled Capital Management, Mr. Marcy was a Principal at Dolphin Equity Partners from 1999 until 2005. Mr. Marcy began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Telecom and Corporate Finance Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. in 1997. Mr. Marcy received his B.B.A with a concentration in Finance from University of Michigan in 1997.

David A. Silverman, Managing Director

Mr. Silverman joined Blue Harbour Group in 2005. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was an Analyst on the Huff Alternative Fund at WR Huff Asset Management from 2001 until 2005. Mr. Silverman received an A.B. from Princeton University in 2001. Mr. Silverman holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Jason T. Wathen, Managing Director

Mr. Wathen joined Blue Harbour Group in 2004. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked from 2002 until 2004. Mr. Wathen was a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1993 until 2000. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2002 and a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1993.

Lauren Taylor Wolfe, Managing Director

Ms. Taylor Wolfe joined Blue Harbour Group in 2007. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, she was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at SIAR Capital from 2003 to 2007. She began her career at Diamond Technology Partners where she worked as an Associate from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Taylor Wolfe received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania in 2006 and a B.S. from Cornell University in 2000.

Christian A. Asmar, Vice President

Mr. Asmar joined Blue Harbour Group in 2010. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was an Associate at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 2006 until 2010. He began his career as an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in 2004. Mr. Asmar received a B.S.E. from Princeton University in 2004.

Adam R. Cohen, Head Trader

Mr. Cohen joined Blue Harbour Group as Head Trader in 2004. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was Vice President of Trading at Gabelli & Co. from 1997 until 2004. Prior to Gabelli & Co., he was a Proprietary Equity Trader at Schonfeld Securities between 1996 and 1997, and a Fixed Income Sales Trader at Lehman Brothers between 1992 and 1996. Mr. Cohen began his career in 1988 at Citibank as an Account Officer in the Private Banking Investment Division. He received an M.B.A. from Fordham University in 1993, and a B.S. from the University of Delaware in 1988.

John P. Ernenwein, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ernenwein joined Blue Harbour Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of P.A.W Capital Partners from 1997 until 2006. Prior to P.A.W Capital Partners, he was a Portfolio Accountant at Ardsley Partners from 1993 until 1997. Prior to Ardsley, he was at Citibank from 1990 until 1993, as an Assistant Vice President in charge of Equity Derivatives. Mr. Ernenwein began his career at Verizon Communications in 1985, departing as Staff Director of Corporate Accounting. Mr. Ernenwein has a B.S. from Manhattan College and an M.B.A. with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Fordham University.

Michael S. Veetal, Controller

Mr. Veetal joined Blue Harbour Group as Controller in 2009. Previously, he was the Assistant Controller at Arience Capital Management, which he joined in 2006. Prior to Arience, Mr. Veetal was a Senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the Finacial Services practice where he specialized in providing assurance and business advisory services to hedge funds and private equity funds. Mr. Veetal graduated from Binghamton University School of Management with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Jose R. Claxton, Managing Director, Capital Strategies and Client Relations

Mr. Claxton joined Blue Harbour Group in 2010. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was a Managing Director at Latigo Partners which he joined in 2007. Prior to Latigo, he was a Managing Director within the Lehman Brothers Absolute Return Strategies Group from April 2004 until December 2006. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Claxton was at JP Morgan from January 1996 through March 2004, initially as a U.S. equity portfolio manager based in Morgan's London Office, and subsequently as Co-head of sales for the JP Morgan hedge fund of fund business in New York. Mr. Claxton began his career on Wall Street in 1992 as an investment banker with Smith Barney, specializing in the structuring and issuance of tax-exempt debt securities. He received an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1991 and a B.S. in Engineering from Boston University in 1986.

Joseph J. Haslip, Managing Director, Public Plan Relations

Mr. Haslip joined Blue Harbour Group at the beginning of 2011, as Managing Director- Public Plan Relations. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he served as Assistant Comptroller for Pensions of the City of New York. In this role, Mr. Haslip served as the Comptroller’s Designated Trustee Representative to four of the City’s five pension boards whose plan assets exceeded $100 billion. Mr. Haslip also served as the advisory board representative to several alternative investment firms. Before his tenure with the City, Mr. Haslip served over a decade with the New York State Senate serving as Chief of Staff & Director of Policy and Legislation to then-State Senator David A. Paterson. Mr. Haslip was also recently invited to serve on US Senator Robert Menendez’ s Working Group on Corporate Diversity. He joins a wide range of industry representatives from public pension funds, professional search organizations, asset management firms, minority- and women-owned companies as well as industry advocates.

Betty Lin Blabey, Research Associate

Ms. Blabey joined Blue Harbour Group in 2007. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, she was an Associate Vice President at Financial Risk Management within their North American Client Services and Relationship Management group. She joined Financial Risk Management in 2003. She began her career in 2001 as a Client Service Associate at a third-party hedge fund marketing and branding firm. Ms. Blabey received a B.A. from Amherst College in 2001.

Anne Hong, Investor Relations Associate

Ms. Hong joined Blue Harbour Group as Investor Relations Associate in April 2011. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, she was a Public Finance Associate at Barclays Capital from 2009 to 2011. She began her career at Lehman Brothers where she worked as a Hedge Fund Analyst in the Absolute Return Strategies group from 2004 to 2007 and then as a Public Finance Associate in 2008. Ms. Hong received her Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University in 2009 and a B.A. from Princeton University in 2004.

Catherine McLaughlin, Office Manager

Blue Harbour has been a thoughtful lead shareholder in Domino’s Pizza for over three years. They were an important early advocate of our securitization transaction in 2007 and have been a supportive and helpful shareholder since. Over the years, we have had open and productive conversations with Blue Harbour to gain the benefit of their experience and successful track record of helping companies create shareholder value.
